1. What this service is

HelpRent Da Nang (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is an online noticeboard — a smart classifieds board — that helps renters discover rental listings posted by independent hosts and agents (“Hosts”) and connect with them directly. We are a venue for listings and introductions only.

2. We are not a party to any rental

We do not own, manage, inspect, verify, or guarantee any property, listing, price, availability, or Host. We are not a party to any rental agreement, viewing, deposit, or payment between a renter and a Host, and we do not provide escrow or hold any money for a deal. Any agreement is solely between the renter and the Host.

3. Verify before you pay

Listings are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent. We do not and cannot pre-screen, verify, or guarantee any listing, Host, price, or photo. Renters must independently verify the property, the Host, and all terms, and should never transfer a deposit or any money before verifying in person. Never pay anyone who asks for money before you have seen the property.

If you believe a listing is fraudulent, wrong, or already taken, please use the “Report this listing” link on the listing. We review reported listings and remove those that breach these terms — but reporting is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and does not make us a party to any dealing.

4. For renters

Browsing the catalogue, the map and the filters is free and unlimited, and needs no account. Searching by chatting with Mai is metered: a free trial without an account, a larger free daily allowance once you create one, and no daily limit with a paid pass — the current numbers are shown to you in the chat before any of them applies. Introductions are free. We charge no commission to anyone and take nothing out of the rent or the deposit. To connect you with a Host we process limited personal data with your consent — see the Privacy Policy. When both sides agree to connect, we share contact details so you can arrange a viewing directly. We do not store the conversation between you and the Host.

5. For Hosts (agents and owners)

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and right to post each listing, and for their own conduct with renters. Publishing requires an active Host subscription; the price and period are shown in your cabinet before you pay, and it is charged from your balance. One subscription covers every listing on your account. We charge no commission to anyone — not to renters, not to owners, not to agents — and we take nothing out of the rent or the deposit. Nothing is charged per renter introduction, and we are never a party to the deal. If that ever changes, it will be shown to you before it applies. We may moderate, quarantine, decline, throttle, or remove listings, and may suspend Hosts who abuse the service.

6. Acceptable use

No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content; no requests to pay off-platform before a viewing; no scraping, automated abuse, or impersonation. We may remove content and restrict accounts to protect users.

7. No liability for dealings between users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, introductions, or dealings between users. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
