Who it suits
Digital nomads, first-time arrivals, and anyone who wants an English-friendly soft landing with everything walkable.
The feel
Busy and social, day and night — a big Korean community, gyms and yoga studios, a new café on every corner. The trade-off is noise from traffic, construction and the occasional late-night karaoke; one block back from the main strip is noticeably calmer.
