Marble Mountains, long stays
South of the main expat belt, around the Marble Mountains and Non Nuoc beach. The best value in the city, with newer, larger apartments and a quieter, more local feel — a favourite for families and long stays.

Who it suits
Families, long-stayers and anyone who wants more space for the money, especially near the international schools.
The feel
Calmer and more local, surrounded by everyday Vietnamese neighbourhoods, with the striking Marble Mountains and the quieter Non Nuoc beach nearby.
Prices & value
The strongest value in Da Nang — newer one- and two-bedroom apartments go further here than on the beach strip, with strong year-round supply.
Getting around
Further from the nightlife and central cafés, so a motorbike helps; the beach, though, is right there.

Asked all the time
Newer one- and two-bedroom stock goes further here than on the beach strip, with strong year-round supply — the trade-off is distance from the nightlife.
The most family-shaped district: space for the money, calmer streets, the beach nearby and the international schools on this side.
Non Nuoc beach is right there; An Thuong's cafés are 10–15 minutes north by bike, and Hoi An about 25 minutes south.
Roughly 8–12 million ₫ on local platforms; English-language listings ask more — still usually below beach-strip prices.
