The most expensive band in Da Nang, especially for true sea-view units. If the view isn't essential, one block inland gives you most of the lifestyle for noticeably less.

Beachfront and walkable; An Thượng's cafés and bars are a short ride south.

Roughly September to December the sea gets rough and storms pass through; seafront units feel it most — check the windows and drainage when you view.
Closest to the water, yes — hotels and tour groups. The blocks behind the strip are residential and much quieter.
Expect the top of the city's range: roughly 9–13 million ₫ on local platforms and from 16 million ₫ on English-language sites for sea-adjacent stock.
