Who it suits
Anyone who wants to wake up by the sea and will pay for the view — short-to-medium stays and remote workers who value the beach over the budget.
The feel
Wide beach, seafront promenade and hotels; busier and more touristy the closer you are to the water. Step a street or two back and prices drop fast.
Prices & value
The most expensive band in Da Nang, especially for true sea-view units. If the view isn't essential, one block inland gives you most of the lifestyle for noticeably less.
Getting around
Beachfront and walkable; An Thượng's cafés and bars are a short ride south.

Asked all the time
True sea-view units carry the city's biggest premium. One street back you get most of the lifestyle for noticeably less.
Roughly September to December the sea gets rough and storms pass through; seafront units feel it most — check the windows and drainage when you view.
Closest to the water, yes — hotels and tour groups. The blocks behind the strip are residential and much quieter.
Expect the top of the city's range: roughly 9–13 million ₫ on local platforms and from 16 million ₫ on English-language sites for sea-adjacent stock.
